NORTH VERNON, Ind. – Authorities at the Indiana State Police say a statewide Silver Alert has been declared for a Jennings County man who has been missing since Saturday, March 28, at around 11 p.m. He is believed to be in danger and may require medical assistance.
The Jennings County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the disappearance of Brian K. Kirby, a 52-year-old white male, who is described as 5 feet 9 inches tall, weighing 180 pounds, with red hair and blue eyes. He was last seen wearing an orange knitted toboggan, a grey sweatshirt with “Tennessee” in white letters, and blue jeans.
