SEYMOUR, Ind. – The Seymour Chamber of Commerce is hosting a debate between the candidates for the Indiana District 69 congressional seat this Tuesday, October 13, at 6 p.m., at the Knights of Columbus in Seymour.
Incumbent Republican Jim Lucas and Independent Katrina “Kat” Hardwick have both agreed to participate in the event. Organizers have reached out to Democrat Jeffery Prewitt to participate as well, but he has yet to respond. The debate will be moderated by Dan Robison, President of the Seymour Chamber of Commerce.
While the public is invited, COVID-19 precautions like social-distancing seating arrangements, face-coverings, and attendance capacity limitations will be enforced.
