FREETOWN, Ind. – UPDATE: The missing girl, Charlie Ann Pumphrey has been located and officials say she is safe.
Original: The Jackson County Sheriff’s Office is requesting the public’s help in locating Charlie Ann Pumphrey, 17, of Freetown, who was last seen at 1 a.m on Sunday. Sheriff Rick Meyer says at this time, she is considered a runaway.
Charlie’s family noticed her missing from the residence at around 5:30 a.m. Sunday and called the sheriff’s department for assistance.
The juvenile is 5 feet 4 inches tall and weighs 120 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing grey sweatpants, a tie-dyed hoodie, and a navy blue flannel jacket.
