GREENSBURG, Ind. – UPDATE: Decatur County authorities say the child has been found and is safe.
Original: A Statewide Silver Alert was declared early this morning for a Greensburg boy. The Greensburg Police Department is investigating the disappearance of Ryan Turner, an 8-year-old white male, 4 feet 8 inches tall, 55 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.
He was last seen with his non-custodial mother, Alicia Turner, 34, who is 5 feet 11 inches tall, 276 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes. She is driving a gray 2017 Jeep Compass with an Indiana paper plate of P162542.
The Decatur County boy was last seen on Wednesday, September 15, at 10 a.m. He is believed to be in danger.
