COLUMBUS, Ind. – Columbus Regional Health (CRH) is conducting a Health Status Survey by telephone and online through midnight, October 15. Information gathered in the survey will help CRH identify and address the region’s most critical community health issues.
The Community Health Needs Assessment has been conducted every three years since 1996. It is a data-driven approach to determining the health status, behaviors, and needs of residents in the CRH service area. Results will be beneficial to the hospital in making better-informed decisions to help the community and its health.
