COLUMBUS, Ind. — There are a couple of road closures scheduled for next week in Columbus.
On Tuesday, July 25, and Wednesday, July 2, Milestone Contractors will be closing 25th Street from the city limits (near Booher Addition) east to the junction of State Roads 9 and 46, weather permitting. Motorists are asked to avoid the area. Local traffic will be down to one lane, and very long delays are expected. Watch for flagmen when in the area.
In addition, starting Tuesday, July 25, at 8 a.m., Milestone Contractors will be full-width paving on County Road 800S, from County Road 250W to the dead end, weather permitting. Avoid this area as it will be completely closed to traffic during maintenance.
