FRANKLIN, Ind. – The Indiana Department of Transportation announced Friday afternoon that it had reopened two lanes of U.S. 31 in each direction over Canary Ditch following Phase 1 bridge and culvert replacement work as part of the six-phase corridor improvement project in Franklin.
Work crews will return to this location at a later date to complete minor punch list work. Updates will continue to be provided by INDOT via alerts.indot.in.gov.
