COLUMBUS, Ind. – The Bartholomew County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO) is congratulating JD Myers for graduating from the Indiana Law Enforcement Academy (ILEA) last Friday, December 15.
JD is the oldest son of recent BCSO Sheriff Matt Myers.
He continues his family’s three-generation legacy of public service in Bartholomew County.
The younger Myers is the grandson of the late Columbus Police Department Captain, John Myers, who died in 1999, and former Columbus City Councilor, Martha Myers.
