Nashville, Ind. (February 9, 2026) – Edwin McCain (“I’ll Be,” “I Could Not Ask For More”) and Five For Fighting (“Superman (It’s Not Easy),” “100 Years”) will perform live at the Brown County Music Center in Nashville, Ind., on Tuesday, June 9, 2026. Tickets go on sale this Friday, February 13 at 10 a.m. and will be available at www.browncountymusiccenter.com From Greenville, South Carolina, Edwin McCain is going on over 30 years of hits and worldwide touring. He has been called a “street corner prophet” by the USA Today, an “aching tenor” by Slate Magazine, and a “great American romantic” by the New York Times, but Edwin is much more than those things. After a long ride on a wave created by recording two of the biggest love songs in the history of music (“I’ll Be” and “I Could Not Ask For More”), and producing and starring in a tv series (“Flippin’ Ships” on Animal Planet); Edwin slowed his road schedule to dedicate more time to his primary roles as husband to his wife and father to their three young teenagers. His hit songs, authentic spirit and surprisingly affable sense of humor keeps everyone coming back time and time again. Well, the kids are grown-ish and Edwin’s fans are still clamoring for more. Not that Edwin’s music ever slows down. “American Idol” and “The Voice” contestants still turn to Edwin’s ballads year after year to help them win over judges and fans. Edwins shares, “The 15-year-old me would have crawled through a river of fire to be the singer/songwriter that I am today, and I remember that. I am incredibly grateful to be able to do this.” Millions more have been turned on by pop icons Justin Bieber and Charlie Puth who have both covered Edwin’s hit songs. Edwin McCain will be touring everywhere in 2024. We’ll see you on the road! In the two decades since his first major single “Superman (It’s Not Easy)” hit the stratosphere, John Ondrasik – the songwriter and performer known as the platinum-selling, Grammy-nominated, Five For Fighting – has both evolved and come back ‘round full circle. To date, Five For Fighting, has released six studio LPs, including the platinum certified America Town and The Battle for Everything; and the top-10 charting Two Lights, along with an EP and live albums. Ondrasik has penned major hits, including the chart-topping “100 Years,” “The Riddle,” “Chances,” “World,” and “Easy Tonight,” which have earned over one billion streams and place him as a top-10 Hot Adult Contemporary artist for the 2000s. The reflective “100 Years” has joined “Superman (It’s Not Easy)” as part of the American Songbook and continues to stand the test of time at weddings, birthdays, graduations, memorials, and many a home video. Five For Fighting’s music has also been featured in more than 350 films, television shows, and commercials, including the Oscar-winning The Blind Side, Hawaii Five-O, The Sopranos and the CBS drama, Code Black. The Brown County Music Center opened its doors on August 24, 2019, featuring country music legend Vince Gill as its first headliner.
