COLUMBUS, Ind. – The wave of retirees from the Columbus Fire Department (CFD) continues. CFD congratulates Firefighter Jeff Otte on his retirement after 21 years of dedicated service.
COLUMBUS, Ind. – The wave of retirees from the Columbus Fire Department (CFD) continues. CFD congratulates Firefighter Jeff Otte on his retirement after 21 years of dedicated service.
Otte turned in his badge (#243) on Monday, January 5. He joined CFD on October 9, 2004.
During his career, he served on the Columbus Fire Department’s pension board and assisted with the hiring of several team members who currently serve on CFD.
A CFD spokesperson said, “We share our sincere gratitude with Jeff Otte for his service to Columbus and the CFD, and we wish you a long, healthy, and happy retirement.”
