COLUMBUS, Ind. - Columbus Regional Health (CRH) is providing information and clearing up any confusion in the community about Anthem health insurance coverage at CRH. There have been changes affecting Anthem patients, particularly those who have Anthem Medicaid.
Anthem Medicaid informed CRH of its intent to drop coverage of Columbus Regional Health Physicians (CRHP), its outpatient physician practice network, effective July 1. CRH and inpatient services remain unaffected.
This decision DOES NOT affect Anthem employer-based or commercial plans.
This DOES mean primary care and specialty care physicians and providers will be out-of-network for the following Anthem plans:
- Pathways for Aging
- HIP (Healthy Indiana Plan)
- Hoosier Healthwise
- Hoosier Care Connect
To learn more, visit: https://www.crh.org/anthem-medicaid or call 877.428.4479. The CRH team can walk you through your coverage options.
