Cummins appoints four new Vice Presidents

COLUMBUS, Ind. - Cummins Inc. has announced the promotion of four leaders to the role of vice president, effective Aug. 1, 2026.

The promotions reflect the company’s commitment to developing exceptional leaders who help drive growth, advance key business priorities, and position Cummins for continued success.

The newly appointed vice presidents are:  

• Erica Baird (based in Indy) - Vice President, Global Sales and Service
• Susan Cleaver (based in Dallas) - Vice President, Global Power Generation
• John Havenaar (based in Indy) - Vice President, Total Rewards
• Brad Sutton (based in Columbus) - Vice President, Powertrain Engineering
