Mill Race Center presents 'Senior Health and Fitness Day' on May 27

COLUMBUS, Ind. - Mill Race Center is celebrating National Senior Health and Fitness Day on Wednesday, May 27, with programs offered throughout the day.

The event includes yoga classes, posture screenings, physical therapy evaluations, plant-based eating classes, line dancing, pickleball, and more.

Senior Health and Fitness Day highlights the benefits of staying active, reducing fall risks, and maintaining independence. 

All activities, from 8:30 a.m. to 8 p.m., are free and open to the community. For more information, call 812-376-9241.
