Tornado Watch is in effect for south-central Indiana Wednesday morning

SOUTH-CENTRAL, Ind. - The National Weather Service (NWS) in Indianapolis has issued a Tornado Watch until noon on Wednesday for south-central Indiana.

The Tornado Watch is for Bartholomew, Johnson, Jackson, Jennings, Brown, Shelby, Decatur, and Morgan Counties.

NWS says local cities in the Watch area include Columbus, Franklin, Seymour, North Vernon, Greenwood, Whiteland, Shelbyville, Greensburg, and Nashville.
