COLUMBUS, Ind. - The Columbus Police Department (CPD) arrested a man following an attempted robbery in the parking lot of Dunham's Sports at Nexus Park on Tuesday afternoon, February 10.
An individual leaving Dunham's Sports allegedly caught a man inside his vehicle in the parking lot at around 2 p.m.
Responding officers found the suspect nearby. Nothing was found missing from the car.
CPD is filing criminal charges for Unlawful Entry of a Motor Vehicle (Class B misdemeanor).
The identity of the suspect has not yet been released.
