Boys and Girls Club of Johnson County gets $12K check

FRANKLIN, Ind. - The Boys and Girls Club of Johnson County was recently presented with a check for $12,387, thanks to Johnson County Golf Carts and Franklin Mayor Steve Barnett.

Because of their support and for nominating the organization as the beneficiary of the Yacht Rock Benefit Concert, the non-profit received the gift.

The donation is an opportunity. It means safe spaces after school; it is mentorship, and it is confidence built day by day. It means brighter futures for the kids who need it most.

A Boys and Girls Club spokesperson said, "We are beyond grateful that you believe in our mission to impact youth and help them reach their full potential. Together, we are changing lives."
