UPDATE: Columbus Police say missing 18-year-old is found safe

COLUMBUS, Ind. (UPDATE: 1:00 p.m.) - David Jayne has been located. The Columbus Police Department (CPD) is looking for information on the whereabouts of David Jayne, who was reported missing by family on Tuesday morning, July 28.

He is described as an 18-year-old male, approximately 5’ 9”, weighing 226 pounds, with brown hair, and blue eyes. He was last known to be wearing blue framed glasses, a gray tank top, and blue shorts. David was last seen along State Road 7 near US 31 yesterday evening.

Anyone with information about David’s location is encouraged to contact the Columbus Police Department at 812-376-2600.
