GREENWOOD, Ind. - The public is invited to the City of Greenwood's "Unified Development Ordinance Informational Session" on Monday, June 29, from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Greenwood City Center.
At the meeting, you will hear the latest updates on the proposed Unified Development Ordinance (UDO), which reflects the City's 20-year comprehensive plan. Residents can share their input on the potential changes.
The UDO is Greenwood's primary regulatory document, combining its zoning, subdivision regulations, and development standards into a single comprehensive set of laws. It dictates exactly how, where, and what can be built within the city limits. It serves as a blueprint for the City's growth.
Your voice matters. Attend the UDO session on June 29 at the Greenwood City Council Chambers, 300 S. Madison Ave.
