COLUMBUS, Ind. — Minor league hockey is back at the Hamilton Community Center and Ice Arena at Lincoln Park as the Indiana Sentinels opened their second season against the Alliance of Northern Michigan on Friday night, October 9, with a 4-2 win.
Opening weekend continued in Columbus on Saturday evening as Indiana skated to a 5-2 victory over Northern Michigan.
As the season kicked off, the team announced a new sponsorship agreement designating the AEI Fitness Center as the official strength and conditioning partner of the Sentinels.
Under the terms, Indiana will complete its training on-site, and the fitness center will receive brand placement during home games.
Hamilton Center Arena is also expanding its regional sports footprint by hosting public skate events and welcoming back youth programs through Thomas Youth Hockey.
