COLUMBUS, Ind. - Ivy Tech Community College Columbus will welcome prospective students, families, and community members to campus for its Fall Open House on September 22, from 4:30 to 6 p.m., at 4475 Central Ave.
The event invites adult learners, high school students, and their families to explore academic programs, meet faculty, and learn how Ivy Tech can support their next steps in education and career advancement.
The open house will feature guided tours of Ivy Tech’s state-of-the-art classrooms and labs, providing visitors with a look at the college’s hands-on learning environments. Attendees can also explore over 40 academic programs, including the college’s newest offering, the Applied Artificial Intelligence (AI) program, designed to prepare students for emerging careers in AI..
High school students and families can learn how to maximize dual credit earned in high school, gaining clarity on how those credits apply toward Ivy Tech credentials and future transfer pathways. Faculty and staff will be available throughout the event to answer questions, discuss program options, and share resources that help students succeed, including financial aid opportunities and student support services.
The Columbus campus event is part of a broader series of open house opportunities across the area, including upcoming dates at Ivy Tech Franklin on October 6, 2026, and February 9, 2027, as well as Ivy Tech Columbus on April 6, 2027.
