Main and Madison Market Café appoints Kathy Jones as GM

FRANKLIN, Ind. - Main and Madison Market Café in downtown Franklin has announced that Kathy Jones was recently appointed as general manager.

A cornerstone of the Indianapolis and Franklin culinary landscapes, she brings more than four decades of expertise in restaurant management and operations to the historic venue.    

With over 40 years of industry leadership, Jones is a recipient of the Hoosier Service Award and the former Executive Chef of iconic establishments including Iozzo’s Garden of Italy, Salt on Mass, and Second Helpings.

Her extensive experience includes full menu development, quality control, and cost management. She has successfully scaled culinary concepts while maintaining integrity and consistency across multiple locations.
