Northbound I-65 closed due to semi-truck fire

BARTHOLOMEW COUNTY, Ind. - UPDATE:8:38 A.M., The left lane is now open on I-65 Northbound however, lane restrictions will still be in place while the semi and trailer are removed. The right lane is closed near Mile Marker 76.8 near the Taylorsville exit due to a fully engulfed semi-truck fire on Wednesday morning, April 15.

Traffic is currently at a standstill in the area while emergency crews are on scene work to extinguish the fire. Drivers are advised to get on the interstate at the 80-mile marker ramp.
