Schneck Foundation offers advanced care planning program

SEYMOUR, Ind. - As one of the seminars of its ongoing three-part educational series, "Covered and in Control," Schneck Foundation invites the community to attend Advance Care Planning: Preparing for the Unexpected on Monday, August 31, in the Schneck Professional Building, Classroom 500.

A complimentary dinner will be served at 5 p.m., and the program will be at 5:30 p.m.

This informative session will help individuals and families learn how to prepare, protect, and find peace of mind through thoughtful planning for the future. Attendees will hear from a panel of medical experts who will guide advance directives, palliative care, and practical steps for planning.

The seminar will also feature a panel discussion on perspectives in advance care planning with local doctors and other Schneck medical professionals.

The Schneck Foundation’s “Covered and In Control” series also includes What’s the Advantage: Navigating Medicare Advantage on October 26 and 27. This program is designed to empower individuals with the knowledge and tools to make informed healthcare decisions.
