ELIZABETHTOWN, Ind. – Indiana Department of Transportation (INDOT) contractor Enneking Pressure Cleaning, Inc. is scheduled to begin a bridge deck overlay project on State Road 7 over Little Sand Creek, on or after Monday, June 1.

Work will take place between the South County Road 525 East approaches in Bartholomew County and is expected to take up to one week, weather permitting.

S.R. 7 will be reduced to one lane over Little Sand Creek, near Elizabethtown, while maintenance is in progress. This project is part of a contract awarded in October 2025.

Drivers should slow down, use extra caution, and avoid distractions when traveling in and near INDOT work zones. All schedules are subject to change.
